Broomfield, CO – September 18, 2007 – Vidiom Systems, Inc., a leading provider of iTV technology solutions, today announced several organizational changes to better serve the rapid growth of the Cable TV, Consumer Electronics and iTV industries.

Timothy Wahlers, President & CEO, for Vidiom said, “As the industries we serve evolve and mature, Vidiom must re-examine its business strategies and grow with the needs of our customers. We have made organizational changes that position Vidiom to expand from our services heritage to also delivering innovative products to the market.”

“In the past, Vidiom has primarily provided engineering and support services to its clients. As we push more into products, we need to incorporate people with those additional skill sets. We have also re-tooled each group to ensure that we have the necessary expertise to support the growing service requirements of our clients,” said David Housman, VP of Strategic Initiatives.

Under the new organization, Walden Miller, VP of Engineering Services, will now manage the Testing, Technical Support, Training, Technical Writing, and Product Management groups and is the acting head of Engineering.

David Housman, VP of Strategic Initiatives, will now manage the Business Development, Marketing, Legal, and Project Management groups. Travis Paranto, Director, Finance, will also manage the Human Resources group.

Rob Beaver, VP of Engineering, will now focus on supporting relationships with strategic partners.

Vidiom will maintain its engineering offices in Portland, Oregon, and Des Moines, Iowa, along with its headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado.
